NEWS

 June 3rd, 2022

Hi everyone! Hope you are well! Just to let you know we are taking a much-needed break and will be closed June 3rd-9th and reopen again Friday the 10th at Heber city Hall. I also wanted to take the time to thank you all for your support. It gives us great joy to be able to be able to brighten your day with your favorite pizza. It is really humbling that some of you travel from the Salt Lake area just for the pizza. It really blows my mind! So far, we have been able to weather the supply line crisis. But like everyone else we are all feeling the pain from inflation and fuel prices. So, we have been forced to raise our prices. We have held off as long as we could but the economy being what it is we are left with little choice.

We will not be attending the Heber Market this year. We are also not doing any catering at this time, and we are choosing special events carefully. We are still in the process of building are prep kitchen and while progress is going well, we still do not have a completion date. I will keep you updated.

Hope to see you all on the 10th!

Ciao!

Greetings! Just a little update. We have been closed the last week or so because of COVID. We are all feeling better and should be back on the streets Monday the 14th. We are also short of employees so it may take a few extra minutes to get your pizza. The weather has finally started to warm up so it should make getting out in the mornings a little easier. This has been one of the coldest winters I can remember in a while. Well, we look forward to serving you again and as always we appricate all your support. Hope to see you soon!

Hi all! We wanted to be out today, but the cold weather kept us home. I would also like to mention that we will be closed from the 19th to the 26th for Christmas. We will be open again Monday the 27th. I want to wish you all a safe and Merry Christmas. See you all on the 26th!

November 3rd, 2021

Well, its November already! How time flies!  Jamie had her PET scan in August, and it has come back clear! Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers!

As we move into winter, we have posted our winter hours. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday Noon to 7 pm. Also, all food trucks will no longer be allowed to park on Main Street (Hwy 40) in front of city hall. The city has built a food truck court on the northside of City Hall complete with a new fire pit, lights and sound system. So, look for us there from now on.

Other news, we are in the process of building a new prep kitchen. We just received the permit today and we shall be breaking ground soon. This will give us more space and refrigeration, so we can start doing more catering in the near future. I’ll post progress on social media.

Hope to see you all soon!

Ciao!

July 3rd, 2021

Greetings! Just keeping you up to date on what is or has been going on.  Jamie is doing well. Her last day of chemo and radiation was at the end of May. She has been getting stronger everyday. You may have seen her on the truck from time to time helping out as her energy levels allow. She has a PET scan scheduled for the middle of August to see how effective the treatments have been and determine what course of action needs to be taken if any. So please pray for a good outcome.

Ever since the first Heber Market June 10th we have been selling out of dough for the week. I would make more but we are maxed out on refrigeration space at this time. (more news to come). I cannot begin to tell you how grateful we  are for all the support you have given us these last few months. We have been very humbled by your response.

We will be closed July 11-17th for our son Cameron’s wedding and will reopen Wednesday the 21st.

Well that’s it for now,

Ciao!

March 28th, 2021

Hi Everyone. I hope you are well! Just a little update to let you know what is going on in our life. Some of you have noticed that my wife Jamie has not been on the food truck for the last couple of months. 6 weeks ago, Jamie had a Hysterectomy. While she has recovered from her surgery, unfortunately they found that she has cervical cancer. Without going not too much detail, Monday, she starts treatment. 1 day of Chemo and 5 days of direct radiation for the next 7 weeks. The prognosis is good so hopefully sometime in June we will be back to some semblance of normal, so in the meantime family members and friends are stepping up and lending a hand and I’m also searching for employees that can step in and fill the void. So, orders may take a little longer than usual to be filled, and if we get backed up, we may not answer the phone and I may have to close the online store till we get caught up. Plus, we cannot accept any catering or special events at this time. We will be closed this Monday the 29th and we will be open again Wednesday the 31st. Please have patience with us as we work through this challenge. We are so grateful for all your support since we started this venture 4 years ago. It has been a real pleasure serving the Heber community and we look forward to doing so in the future.
